1. Participant Acknowledgment

All attendees voluntarily assume full responsibility for:
   – Physical risks inherent in CPR/AED practical training
   – Any aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions
   – Personal property brought to training sessions

2. Limitation of Liability

HeartPulse Rescue Training (including instructors and agents) shall not be liable for:
   – Bodily injury or illness occurring during or resulting from training
   – Psychological distress from emergency scenario simulations
   – Consequences of skills application outside certified parameters

3. Indemnification

Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify HeartPulse against all claims:
   – Arising from unauthorized use or dissemination of training materials
   – Related to skills application in real-world settings
   – Resulting from willful misconduct or negligence during training

4. Safety Compliance

Immediate dismissal without refund will apply for:
   – Deliberate misuse of training equipment
   – Disruptive behavior compromising safety

5. Force Majeure

HeartPulse reserves the right to cancel/reschedule due to:
   – Acts of nature (floods, fires, etc.)
   – Civil unrest or government action
   – Utility failures or venue inaccessibility
