Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the training date.
50% Refund: Available if cancellation is made between 3 to 6 days before the training date.
No Refund: No refund available if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the training date.
Special Circumstances: Refunds for special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Certification Details

Certification Issuance:depending on the course chosen, participant will be expected to achieve 84% on a written test. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a certification recognized by Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa(RSCA) and/or America Heart Association (AHA)
Validity: Certifications are typically valid for 2 years, after which re-certification may be required.
Digital and Physical Copies: Participants will receive either digital eCard or physical copies of their certification.
Verification: Certifications can be verified through online portal using a unique QR code or certification number.
